At Caproni Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include your printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
